Oppenhagen does not offer Michelin-star food, I create something just as extraordinary within my own category. I take great pride in crafting meals with passion and love, infused with a warm, casual, and calm spirit. Each dish is thoughtfully designed to foster a sense of community and inclusion, inviting everyone to join and participate in the process.

All menus are curated to match the unique atmosphere of your retreat. Lunch and dinner are plated, but can also be arranged buffet-style, depending on the preferences of each retreat center or resort.
